hey
Hi there! Thanks for joining.
To kick things off, could you share your name, or if you prefer, your role or team? We'll need a name and email before the survey is fully submitted, but it's totally fine to start anonymously.
what is this?
Good question! This is a quick pulse check to help us shape the upcoming Precision MGMT AI workshop. We want to make sure the session is really useful and covers what the team actually wants and needs, especially around current usage, confidence, and any concerns. It's definitely not a test!

sounds good
Great! So, to get started with the questions, could you let me know your name, or if you prefer, your role or team? We can always add your full contact details at the end.
im Ash
Hi Ash, thanks for sharing! Nice to meet you.
Let's dive into the first question then: What AI tools have you tried or used so far, such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or anything else, and is that mostly for work, personal use, or both?
ive used chat
Thanks, Ash! When you say "chat," do you mean ChatGPT, or another chat-based AI? And is your use of it mostly for work, personal projects, or a mix of both?
yes chat gpt for both
Got it, ChatGPT for both work and personal use. That's a great start!
Moving on, how often are you using AI at the moment, Ash? And generally, how confident do you feel with it? Also, is there anywhere you feel particularly stuck or unsure how to even begin?
noob
"Noob" is a totally valid and common feeling when it comes to AI right now, Ash – you're definitely not alone there! That's exactly why we're doing this workshop, to help everyone feel more confident.
So, even if you feel like a noob, how often would you say you're using ChatGPT – is it once a week, once a month, or just every now and then? And building on that feeling, is there a specific task or area where you'd like to try AI but feel stuck or unsure how to even begin?
few time per week
Okay, a few times a week – that's more than some, even if you're still finding your feet! It's great you're exploring it.
Given that, which parts of your work would you most like help with in the workshop, Ash? Think about things like admin tasks, emails, briefs, proposals, social content, campaign ideas, research, or even talent communication.
yep all above
Totally understand, it sounds like you see a lot of potential! Since the workshop will cover a lot, it would be super helpful to know if there are one or two things that jump out as your absolute top priorities for learning how AI could help.
If you had to pick just a couple, which would be at the very top of your list?
ideation
Ideation is a fantastic area where AI can really spark creativity! Thanks for narrowing that down.
Now, let's switch gears a little. What concerns or worries do you have about AI in your work, Ash? Things like privacy, client or talent data, deepfakes, job security, or even just the fear of doing it wrong often come up.
privacy and not being genuine
Those are really important and valid concerns, Ash. Privacy, especially with client and talent data, is a big one, and the idea of keeping our work genuine and authentic is crucial.
Given those concerns, where do you think AI could be genuinely useful at Precision MGMT without losing that essential human side of the work? Perhaps for speeding up low-value tasks, improving quality and consistency, or sparking creative ideas, like you mentioned?
possibly
"Possibly" is a great way to put it, Ash – it's all about finding those right spots!
You mentioned ideation earlier, and also a concern about not being genuine. Thinking about that, do you see AI as useful for generating initial ideas that a human then refines and makes truly genuine? Or perhaps for taking on those more repetitive, low-value tasks, freeing you up for the human-centric work? No pressure, just curious about your thoughts!
the latter
That makes a lot of sense, Ash – using AI to free up time from those more repetitive, low-value tasks so you can focus on the truly human, high-value work. That's a key aim for many!
Okay, just one more question: By the end of the workshop, what would you most like to feel clearer on, more confident doing, or more ready to try in your work? What's your personal goal for the session?
best to use it etc
"Best to use it" is a perfect goal for the workshop, Ash! We really want to make sure everyone walks away with practical, actionable ways to incorporate AI safely and effectively into their daily tasks.
Thanks so much for sharing all of your insights. This has been really helpful!
Before I send over our completion message, could you please share your email address? We need that to formally submit your feedback for the workshop planning.
